Our two self catering holiday apartments are in an Edwardian terraced property housing four apartments two of which are on the ground floor and are privately owned. Our holiday apartments are on the first and second floors overlooking a large green fronting a main street leading down to Tynemouth Longsands approx 150 metres walk. A 300 metre walk in the opposite direction takes you directly into Tynemouth Village with its many cafes/restaurants/pubs and shops.

The nearest bus stops are located on either side of Percy Park Road (approx 2 minutes walk) Tynemouth metro station is approximately 5 minutes walk away (30 minutes takes you directly into Newcastle city centre).

Free car parking is available on both sides of the road outside the apartments.

There are three steps to the large front door and inner lobby with glass door leading into the main passage way
Apartment Seaside is on the first floor up 14 steps, landing to turn up 8 steps entrance door facing you.
Description of Seaside Apartment
Entering front door into L shaped passageway which has a book shelf with assortment of reading literature. There are coat hooks on the wall behind the door. To the left off the passageway is the first bedroom with super/king size bed which can be twinned on request. (zip and link bed).
Two bedside drawer cabinets with lamps. A full length mirror/ double hanging wardrobe and matching chest of drawers face the bed.
A double glazed lockable sash type window with bottom opening to the left of the bed which overlooks seafield green.
This has a black out roman blind and colour coordinated voiles.
Opposite this bedroom is a cupboard housing vacuum cleaner, freezer, ironing board, clothes horse, brush, mop/ bucket and ample room for storage.
Next to the cupboard is the second bedroom with kingsize bed and two bedside cabinets with lamps. A matching hanging wardrobe with shelving and small chest of drawers at the bottom of the bed. A large mirror on the wall. A double glazed lockable sash type window with top opening to the right of the bed overlooking then rear of the property. This has a black out roman blind and colour coordinated voils.
Both bedrooms have non feather pillows and duvets. Extra bedding is stored in the bed drawers.
Next to the back bedroom is a tiled bathroom incorporating a large corner bath with shower spray, hand basin with large mirror, toilet and large corner shower unit.There is a doubled glazed sash style window with top opening and colour coordinated roller blind above the bath.
Lounge / Dining Room
The large open plan lounge / dining room located off the passage way has a rectangular table and four chairs situated in a panoramic bay window overlooking seafield green and down to the beach. The room has an original stripped wooden floor with a large rug in front of the original open fireplace which houses an electric stove for heat or visual effect.
Seating - a three seater black leather settee and a red leather fire side chair.
Viewing - a 42 inch flat screened LCD television with freeview channels and dvd player on chromed glass stand
Lighting - main central chandelier, two standard lamps, one table lamp.
The galley kitchen is located through a pair of french doors off the lounge.
A fully fitted tiled kitchen incorporating electric oven, gas hob, larder fridge, washer dryer, microwave.
A lockable double glazed side opening sash type window above the sink with colour coordinated roller blind.
Due to the apartments being accessed by stairs they would not be suitable for disabled or wheelchair users.
A folder is provided containing detailed tourist and house keeping information.
Sorry we do not accept pets in the apartment.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or any part of the building.
