Our two newly refurbished self catering holiday apartments are in an Edwardian terraced property housing four apartments two of which are on the ground floor and are privately owned. Our holiday apartments are on the first and second floors overlooking a large green fronting a main street leading down to Tynemouth Longsands approx 150 metres walk. A 300 metre walk in the opposite direction takes you directly into Tynemouth Village with its many cafes/restaurants/pubs and shops.

The nearest bus stops are located on either side of Percy Park Road (approx 2 minutes walk) Tynemouth metro station is approximately 5 minutes walk away (30 minutes takes you directly into Newcastle city centre).
Arrival and car parking.
Free car parking is available on both sides of the road outside the apartments.
Access to apartments.
Apartment Sunnyside is on the second floor up 14 stairs, landing to turn up 8 stairs. Left turn entrance door facing you.
Apartment Sunnyside is a maisonette over two floors above apartment Seaside accessed by the same stairs to the first floor.
Up 9 stairs to the first landing of the maisonette one bedroom with king size bed. Two bedside drawer cabinets with lamps. A hanging wall mirror and shelf. A double hanging wardrobe with shelves and full length mirror. Next to the wardrobe is a matching set of drawers with a portable colour television/dvd player. A small passageway from this bedroom leads to a fully tiled bathroom with toilet, hand basin with mirror, bath with shower and screen and a window with top opening and roller blind.
Up 12 stairs to small landing is a cupboard housing vacuum cleaner, ironing board, clothes horse, brush, mop/ bucket and ample room for storage.
Lounge / Dining Room
On this level is a lovely open plan fully fitted kitchen leading off to a spacious lounge area with a large bay window to the front with dining table and 4 chairs. The living room is equipped with a 42 inch flat screen LCD television with free-view digital channels.
Leading off the lounge is an en-suite bedroom with super king size bed incorporating headboard and side tables with lamps and a matching double hanging wardrobe to the left with chest of drawers at the bottom of the bed with a remote controlled colour portable television/dvd player.
A full length mirror on the wall outside the en-suite which has toilet hand basin and large shower cubicle. A double glazed lockable sash type window with bottom opening at the base of the bed overlooking then rear of the property, this has a black out roller blind with black out curtains on the side windows.
Both bedrooms have non feather pillows and duvets and extra bedding is stored in the wardrobe.
