Booking Terms and Conditions
Check-in
Arrival time is between 3-4pm or by arrangement. Departure is by 10am. Normal bookings are weekly Saturday to Saturday. (Short breaks available out of season please call for details). Once we receive your deposit we will send you a letter or email of confirmation.
Payment
Apartment prices are pounds sterling and per apartment per week. We require a £200 per week non-refundable deposit to book an apartment with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival. In the unlikely event of a cancellation there will be no form of a refund unless we are able to re-let the apartment.
Cancellations By Us
In the unlikely event we that we need to cancel your booking we reserve the right to do so and we will endeavour to suggest alternative accommodation, but if this is not possible we will return any payments with no subsequent liability.
Additional Information
We do not accept bookings for Stag / Hen Parties. Sorry we do not accept pets.
A maximum number of 5 persons sleeping over night in
either apartment (1 of these 5 persons classed as a baby in a travel
cot). Any violation of the above would lead to the termination of your
holiday booking agreement and immediate vacation of the apartment without
refund.
Tynemouth Apartments are non-smoking.
Car parking is free outside the apartments on (Percy Park Road).
We would recommend that you take out holiday insurance as we do charge for avoidable damage such as iron burns, carpet damage caused by non removable stains, or if breakages are to a high value.
